Lead 2030 - our strategy for a sustainable future

At the heart of our LEAD 2030 strategy lie sustainability, the needs of our customers, and a corporate culture shaped by our core values: purpose, joy, and performance. These guide everything we do. They strengthen our brand and make Austrian Post valuable, distinctive, and likeable.

Building on our integrated corporate and sustainability strategy, we focus on three strategic visions and twelve key initiatives, which are set out in our Sustainability Masterplan 2030.
