What you’ll need:

  • An organised and reliable working style
  • Physical fitness (able to lift up to 20 kg)

What to expect:

  • Picking and checking valuable items (up to 20 kg)
  • Careful and precise teamwork
  • Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m.
  • No weekend work

Your benefits:

  • Salary according to experience and qualifications, but at least:

  • An interest in operational processes and their optimisation
  • A passion for guiding people and improving workflows

What to expect:

  • Management and overall responsibility for our Vomp site
  • First point of contact for:
    • Quality and process reliability
    • Staff leadership and development
    • Identify and implement optimisation potential
    • Playing a key role in day-to-day operations
    • Leeway to shape and directly influence site development
    • Attractive overall package including a company car

Your benefits:

  • Salary depending on experience and qualifications, but at least:
    → €44,800 gross annual salary (all-in)
    → plus variable bonus of €2,200/year
